Title 42

Mom's been approved for the Title 42 program.  She gets a $2500 credit on the next bill (if they can get it in by October, otherwise November), a 10% reduction in rent going forward, and a 2% reduction in any rent increase (there apparently is one each January). 

She's signing the papers as I type.

I believe we have completed all the major tasks for relocating Connie to NY.

• Moved to new place
• Sold old place

If no one has any objections or any other outstanding tasks on this project, I'd like to close down this project.
