I've started submitting data to Atria in support of the low income tax rebate. So far all the stuff from FirstBank Florida (most of her CDs, checking, etc.) and Social Security are done. I'm waiting for info for the Amtrust accounts. Mom will have to find some sort of statement for her large holding of JPMC shares, and also identify the deposits in the Amtrust account from her gold-plated pensions, none of which apparently have separate statements. I asked that she have Elourdes copy the paper and send the copies to me.
They use Zillow to value her condo, which shows as $55k. Zillow also picked up that it's for sale at an asking price of $65k. Speaking of which, Barbara the Agent told me today that the credit info for the buyer looks good to her and should pass the condo board. She will mail both me and Mom's lawyer a copy of the sale contract.
