Inventory

I just had a very detailed discussion with Mom about what is staying and what is going. My opinion is that she only has to list the furniture or fixtures that she is leaving. Anything permanently attached to the walls, ceilings, floor is staying (under counter coffee machine).
Anything in or on the cabinets, closets, etc is coming or getting tossed except for what is listed below.
