Scott - Mom is having trouble with her front door lock. Atria tried giving her other keys that work for others but Mom can't turn them. If you have WD-40 at home, could you bring it along and squirt it into the lock to see if it helps?
There is currently only 1 phone connected in her apartment. She did bring another phone with her (and another is with the movers) but I forgot to pack the phone cable when I disconnected this phone. If you have a spare phone cable, please bring it and try to set up her other phone in the bedroom along with the ringer enhancer.
The problem with the keys is not just Mom. We couldn't turn the keys in the lock last night and asked for new keys for her today. Guess they didn't work.
Thinking about the phone - the jack in the bedroom probably won't work because the phone service is coming through the cable modem. The wall jacks are not connected. If that is right, we will just have to wait for her cordless phone to be delivered.

Will do. Also bringing a wifi access point, since she has Internet service. We visitors can use it.
